Serger Tassel-Decorative tassels are a hot designer item now, but are not always available in just the right color.  Fortunately, they are extremely easy to make and using your serger will allow you to choose exactly the right colors.  Just pick a decorative cord and some coordinating threads, then set up for a rolled hem and stitch out tassels that are perfectly color-matched to any décor.  An added bonus is that they can also be made to any size. Project time 1 hr.
