Slip-Basic serger techniques are used to create this go-under-anything slip.  Narrow lace is used to edge the neck and armholes; the slightly raised waistline is perfect under raised-waist or yoke dresses.  A buttoned back opening extending into a placket makes the slip easy to get on and off of the most wiggly child.  The full gathered skirt provides beautiful support for the outer garment, and narrow lace edging adds a pretty touch at the hem. Project time 3 hrs.
